This Chant was originally created by Bro. Ras Ivy to mark the centenary of Qedamawi Haile Selassie’s birth. Therefore it was called the “Centenary Chant”. InI in Germany had the wish to change the lyrics slightly so as to make it more actual so that it can be chanted every year. Sister Kaya and Sister Ifua did this work.
